“What began as a simple practice nearly 20 years ago became my anchor in every possible way.
I come to my mat because it’s my playground—a place to explore, pause, create, and escape.

In class I teach others to find their edge with the opportunity to extend it, discovering just how capable they truly are!

Outside the studio I can be found exploring new corners of the world, chasing thrills on roller coasters, and paddle boarding under the warm sun!

Fave color is Turquoise!

My fave music genre is anything that brings the feels, from slow and grounding to intense and gnarly beats!”
