Today’s PDC graduating senior is Courtney Burke 💜

Hi! My name is Courtney Burke, and I started dancing at 2 years old at JMSD before continuing my dance journey at Prestige Dance Studio. I am so grateful for everything this studio has given me. I have met some of my best friends here but not only that I have gotten to share the stage with them doing something we are all so passionate about. The inside jokes formed in class, Crumbl days, and backstage huddles before performances are memories that will stay with me long after I graduate. I will forever be thankful for every teacher and staff member at the studio who has helped me grow into a stronger dancer, as well as into a better person through their constant encouragement and the values of hard work and kindness they have taught me. Thank you, Mom (Ms. Christy), for pouring so much love and hard work into making the studio what it is, and still being the person cheering me on through every step.

I am graduating from Cosby High School’s Health Science Program. Next year I will be attending Virginia Tech majoring in Chemical Engineering. I am going to deeply miss every late-night rehearsal with my favorite people as I head off to college, but I am grateful for every second I got to be a part of this team Thank you for making this a place that I will always remember as my home.
