10 Miler Training Program @ ACAC

Starts NEXT SATURDAY, Feb 1!! The program signup is now live so you could all in (804.378.1600) or come to the front desk of either Midlo or Short Pump! Tell them you want to sign up for the 10 miler running program. Next Saturday, I will have a folder with all the information you need regarding the program (week by week training program, stretching info, etc)....however, you don't get one of these cool folders without signing up ;) After that, we'll do our 2 mile run then head to breakfast (if you can make it) so I can answer any questions you may have! Finally, I'll be getting sizes from everyone regarding the kick ass t-shirts that we'll order for you!
