Starting Monday December 14th with new restrictions we will be adding more classes to the schedule. There will be a 3:30 pm class for children at home learning. Also we will add martial arts fitness class’s Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30 pm and Tuesday Thursday and Friday mornings at 6:30 am. Please call 804-763-4184 to set up an appointment. We know these times are extremely stressful so get the kids active and even you can burn off stress in one of our fitness classes 😁
