Balancing Business, Babies, and Barbells
Some days I’m coaching clients.
Some days I’m building a business.
Some days I’m lifting barbells.
And every day… I’m raising babies.
Truthfully? Most days it’s all happening at the same time.
People often see the workouts, the posts, the coaching, or the highlights online. But behind the scenes there are snack requests during work calls, interrupted workouts, late-night business ideas, missed to-do lists, and days where I’m trying to juggle all the hats at once.
As a mom, business owner, and trainer, I used to think balance meant doing everything perfectly and giving equal attention to every part of life.
Now I see it differently.
Balance isn’t perfection. It’s learning how to shift with the season you’re in. Some days business gets more attention. Some days motherhood does. Some days the workout is 45 minutes… and some days it’s 15 while little hands are climbing on you.
And that still counts.
Because strength isn’t just built under a barbell. It’s built in the messy middle — showing up when things aren’t perfect, adjusting when life changes, and continuing to move forward anyway.
To all the moms juggling business, fitness, careers, and babies: you’re carrying a lot, and you’re doing better than you think. ❤️
