Brigade is excited to welcome Kendal to our training staff!

Growing up as a competitive athlete, she played softball at the collegiate level before transitioning into weight training and bodybuilding. After hanging up her cleats, she discovered a new passion by competing in the NPC body building wellness division, where she found that building a strong physique is about much more than physical appearance.

Through years of training and competition, she developed a deep appreciation for the discipline, resilience, confidence, and consistency that fitness instills. She believes that true transformation happens both physically and mentally, and that the lessons learned in the gym positively impact every area of life.

Her passion is helping men and women become the strongest, most confident versions of themselves. By focusing on discipline, mental toughness, and sustainable habits, she empowers her clients to reach their full potential and achieve lasting results that extend far beyond the gym.
