Today definitely wasn’t about who represented which gym…it was about coming together as one FIT family to support the Stitzel family and to honor someone who was such an awesome coach and a memorable friend to many. Thank you again to for putting this on and thank you to everyone who came

The love and support continues! For those unaware, FFTC closed in February of this year, but Basin CF has been awesome with their outpouring of love and support for one of our coaches who passed away on Easter Sunday. Some of us have made Basin CF our “home away from home” gym and Annalise made herself at home fairly quickly but not long enough 😞
Please make plans on attending this Saturday at 9:30am for a fundraiser workout for our very own “Coach Lil One.” 💕

Continued prayers and heavy hearts again today. No amount of questions can even answer as to why but we have to find a place for us to find comfort to get us through. We are continuing to pray hard for you aka “Lil One.”
You and Solomon are sooooo loved and our hearts ache for you and your family. You are strong and we have faith you will pull through and make a full recovery. We serve a mighty God who can work miracles and right now, we need just that…a miracle. So do what you do best Lil One, keep fighting ❤️❤️❤️❤️
