Cosens MMA, LLC was opened in January of 2009 by “Owner” Charlie Cosens of Bay City, MI. During the first 2 years of operation, Cosens MMA, LLC focused on developing Mixed Martial Art competitors. Cosens MMA’s owner, Charlie Cosens, has trained and competed world wide including Thailand and Brazil and shares his knowledge with his staff and students. Cosens Martial Arts now caters to the entire fa

mily offering Life Skill based youth programs which focus on teaching students important life skills, such as focus, control and discipline. These programs are now offered in two different Tri-City locations, Bay City and Midland. Students are taught a variety of “Real Life” applicable arts ranging from Muay Thai Kickboxing, Taekwondo, Western Style Boxing, Krav Maga, Karate, Wrestling, Jiu Jitsu,and Judo. Adult students come to Cosens Martial Arts for many reasons including fitness, self defense, stress relief, or even just to start a new hobby. The camaraderie of Cosens Martial Art’s adult program is what sets them apart from other studios and activities. Students improve themselves as individuals through Cosens’ unique, ego free, team atmosphere. We hope you will give us the opportunity to serve you and your family through the martial arts.

Get ready for one of the comfiest classes of the year.

On September 9-10, Cosens Youth students can wear their favorite pajamas to class and train in style. We’ll still be working hard, learning, laughing, and having a great time, just with a little extra comfort added in.

Safety equipment is still required, so make sure your child brings everything they normally need for class.

Hello, this is Coach James Grills! To all of our Midland Consens families that registered for the Sword Seminar. Due to and overwhelming sign up for the event we will have to break up the classes into several different time slots.

On Friday at 5pm will be for little ninja's
-5:30 pm will be for Monday-Wednesday CMA's and Tuesday-Thursday 4:15 pm CMA's
-6:00 pm will be for Tuesday-Thursday 5:15 pm CMA's and 7 pm CMA's
