Thank you to all the ladies interested in bootcamp. Please keep in mind I only want dedicated, determined ladies willing to work hard. If you come with a bad attitude and negative words this program is not for you!! My goal for everyone is to come to the realization that God has blessed us with a body that has the ability to move and exercise.
