Held every other month on a Wednesday starting June 17, The Harmony Project alternates between two types of sessions:

🌊 The Fluid Sanctuary – Surrender to the Water (held in the pool): Experience calming weightlessness as you practice aqua tai chi, yoga, and other water-based exercises. Our first class on June 17 will be a floating sound bath – lay back on a pool noodle and relax to live sounds such as singing bowls and soft chimes.

🧘The Grounding Path – Return to Earth (held in the studio): Root your energy and let go of stress with gentle yoga, meditation, deep breathing and more.
