Friends of Praying Mantis Kung Fu of Midland, MI This page is for the friends of Chung's School Praying Mantis Kung Fu. This page however does not represent Sifu Chung himself nor his school.

Sifu Henry Chung has been practicing Seven Star Praying Mantis kung fu for over fifty years. Chung's School also offers Wu style Tai chi and traditional Chinese Lion Dance.
