The vision of C4 Impact Initiative is becoming a reality!

If you're driving down S County Road 1110 in Greenwood, you'll notice heavy equipment moving in and out. That's because 4D Excavating from Odessa has officially begun clearing and leveling the seven-acre property where the future C4 Athletic Club will take shape.

A huge thank you to 4D Excavating for helping move this vision forward! We encourage our community to support local businesses like they are supporting ours. If you see their crew out working, give them a wave or a honk! 👋🚜

This is just the beginning. Through the leadership of C4 Impact Initiative, we're creating a place where youth, families, and our community can come together through sports, recreation, wellness, and opportunities that will make a lasting impact for generations to come.

💜 Every girl deserves the chance to stay in the game.

We're excited to officially introduce Girls on the Run Midland, the very first initiative of C4 Impact Initiative!

Girls on the Run is an internationally recognized after-school program designed for girls in 3rd–5th grade. Through mentorship, physical activity, and life skills, girls build confidence, strengthen friendships, and discover that they're capable of more than they ever imagined.

Research shows that these are the years when many girls begin stepping away from sports and physical activity. We're committed to changing that—one girl, one season, and one community at a time.

🏃‍♀️ This fall, participants will train together and celebrate their accomplishments by crossing the finish line of a 5K at the Greenwood Education Foundation Pumpkin Patch.

This is just the beginning.

Whether you're a parent, volunteer, coach, sponsor, or community member, we'd love for you to be part of this journey as we work to keep girls in the game.

🎉 Registration is officially OPEN for the Fall 2026 Girls on the Run Midland season! 💜

Girls on the Run is more than a running program—it's an opportunity for girls to build confidence, make new friends, stay active, give back to their community, and experience the joy of accomplishing a goal together.

❤️ 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆—S𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆.

One of the first steps in building strong community programs is making sure our team is prepared for the unexpected.

Recently, 𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗸𝘆 𝗖𝗼𝘅 (C4 Athletic Club & Girls on the Run Midland) and 𝗞𝗮𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗿𝗻𝘁𝗼𝗻 (Girls on the Run Midland) completed CPR certification through PBCPR, led by 𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗱 𝗦𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗵𝗹 and her outstanding team of instructors.

As we continue expanding C4's community outreach and youth initiatives, being equipped with life-saving skills is just as important as creating meaningful experiences.

A huge thank you to Shirlinda and the entire PBCPR team for providing professional, engaging, and hands-on training. Your passion for educating our community and preparing others to respond in emergencies is truly appreciated.

Every girl deserves the chance to play, grow, and belong.
