Happy Monday!
As a mom I know how crazy our days can get from jumbled nap times, school pickups, dinner times and bedtimes. Some times the day goes by quicker than we think and P**F! Where did our time to workout go?
That’s when being flexible comes in handy.
Some days were able to make it to the gym or get a full workout in at home. Other days we have to compromise with a stroller walk. And that’s OKAY. More times than not this makes us feel guilty or ashamed when it shouldn’t. Life isn’t Ground Hog Day, so why do we treat it as such? Your fitness routine should be flexible to your life style not the other way around.
