A little about me: Muay Thai took over for me after two National Championships playing rugby for Detroit Rugby Football Club Women’s team. I have trained teenage boys so they have confidence to train up and have confidence in themselves, I have taught women for self defense and fitness, and I have been part of training several MMA fighters. I am small but FIERCE! Never underestimate the small ones. 😁
