Dark Week is here!
A week where the workouts are not posted can be viewed as annoying or frustrating for the sole fact we lose some control of something. We get it.
But it can also be viewed as something that proves what living a fitness-filled life should bring. Your ability to show up and perform a physical task on a whim. After all…that is what fitness is all about. That is what functional fitness means. And this is also where many can fall short.
This is a challenge for those with restrictions and we know that. And this is where are coaches will prove how equipped they are to meet you where you are and guide you to the finish line every day.
We’ve done this a handful of times over the years and the ones who get the most out of it (and CrossFit in general) have always been the ones who fully embrace the concept of what Dark Week is all about.
It’s more than a workout. It always has been. It always will be.
