This Sunday we’ve got 4 instructors bringing their own flavor for 1.5 hours of pure joy. Different styles… but the SAME vibe: energy, unity, and dancing like nobody’s watching.

Non-members are welcome, so no excuses 👀

Today is my Zinversary … 8 years of teaching Zumba.
Eight years of choosing music, movement, and joy even when life felt heavy.

Thank you to every person who has walked into my class, danced with me, laughed with me, and stayed. You may not know this, but you helped save parts of me. This was never just exercise. It was healing. It was connection. It was love 💗

And today, I thank myself.
For not quitting.
For showing up scared.
For letting my passion lead when fear tried to stop me.

Zumba gave me a place to breathe, to feel strong, and to remember who I was always meant to be 🥹

8 years in… and my heart is still dancing. 💃🏽🤍
