One of our Youngest and most informed Managers we have ever had based on his young experience in 4 MLB Partner Leagues after leaving college to chase the dream.

He will be on his way to Melbourne Australia to be part of the Killer B’s Barnstorming Team in games vs the Melbourne Aces next week!

Thanks to for allowing us a couple days in the cage and gym in Arizona!

We will pass through again and see coaches and scouts and use this amazing facility provided to us by Kevin Bay, an awesome mind in the game with a lot of great things in motions for players to succeed.
The place was filled with pro athletes, and he wasn’t shy about sharing his knowledge and ideals.

The Road is long. Partners and friends in the game like this are few and far between.

Thanks to new Hagerstown Manager for coming out and watching the guys and for the for having us out for a double header to prepare for our trip across the world!

Arizona trip included :
- 2 games and 2 other days of workouts for Mark and Cip, Atlantic League
- Healing / Recovery focused housing with hot tubs, sauna , and gym access.

With a resume that includes a 2017 PAC Championship, 2021 ALPB title, and most recently leading the Charleston Dirty Birds to the 2024 ALPB South Division crown, P.J. brings a championship mindset and years of experience to the squad.

We’re excited to have him leading the charge down under!
