Hey everyone! I know there has been a lot of talk about the future of DSES this year. I am planning to be done training horses, I am selling my facility, and I am slowing way down on lessons.

HOWEVER, I do have VERY exciting news!!!!! My facility is being purchased by an awesome family with lots of experience in horse showing, animal husbandry, and even as a vet tech and will be run as a very family friendly, affordable boarding facility. So congratulations to the Nichols family on starting Diamond Sahara Stables on November 1!

I also am VERY excited to announce that a wonderful lady will be moving in and helping take care of the facility, as well as starting a training and lesson business. Jennifer Reuss (formerly Jennifer Kurth) will be starting a business at her old stomping grounds!!! Jenn was a student of mine, has worked with me and several other amazing trainers, and is ready to set up her own business!

I'm excited to watch both of these new businesses as they get the ball rolling and offer some amazing opportunities to the horse community of West Michigan. Please touch base if you'd like contact info!

Johnny Big Time- 11 year old HA hunter gelding. Johnny is as sweet as they come! He's most recently been ridden by a mom/daughter combo in adult amateur and 14 and under. Straightforward, low maintenance, great at patterns- Johnny is a great horse to have around the barn. Priced to sell!

Looking to hire some help at the farm. We need someone who can work some mornings during the week. The job includes feeding, turnout, and stall cleaning. Must be comfortable handling horses. Great part time job for a college or virtual high school student.
