After tonight's workout I looked in the mirror, flexed a little. Just trying to see if I SEE any improvements. What really stuck out was that my left shoulder/trapezius is quite a bit bigger, more defined than my right. Funny thing is, I have not specifically trained these muscles at all this whole year. Shoulder in general have always been a weak spot for me. I guess when I do start adding in shoulders I'll start off light to give the right side a chance to catch up to the left side.
