HOW TO: Cable Bicep Curls đź’Ş

The move itself is simple enough, but Coach Danielle has a few key points to help you maximize those bicep gains.

With your elbows down and back and slightly behind your body, think about scooping or dragging the hands up to about 90 degrees (before the elbows start to shift). Avoid movement through the spine, keeping the core tight and the shoulders down and back.

A quick update regarding our new Skelcore Split Leg Press at Gold’s Gym Middletown.

Unfortunately, shortly after installation, we discovered a manufacturing defect that prevented the slide mechanism from operating properly. We understand the frustration of having a brand-new piece of equipment experience an issue so quickly.

The good news? A brand-new replacement unit is already on the way and is expected to arrive next week. đź’Ş

The new Skelcore Standing Chest Press is also scheduled for delivery soon as we continue investing in bringing the best equipment possible to our members.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We remain committed to continually improving your Gold’s Gym experience.
