Our Amateur divisions are starting to take shape, with 16 teams currently slated for 2026 and a few more to come shortly.

Returning this Spring are the Bergen Black Sox, NJ Blue Jayz, Hoboken Mets, Lodi Rams, Hudson County Blaze, East Coast Aces, New Brunswick Leones, NJ Raiders, The Brinks Squad, Flying Marlins, Union Rough Riders, Springfield Spiders and Hillside Athletics.

New additions this Spring include the Central Jersey Rockies, NJ Dirtbags and Bayshore Roadrunners.

Our Amateur AAA Divisions are almost at capacity for the 2026 season, with a good mix of returning teams and new clubs that will create a fun competitive environment this Spring.

Returning from last Spring are the Almighty Gods, Bounty Hunters, Gladiators, Budd Lake Lumberjacks, German Valley Colonials, Hometown Heroes, International Dynasty, Jersey Jets, Kings County Royals, NJ Flamingos, NJ Horsemen, Old Bridge Bambinos, Saddle Brook Pirates, Wall Cardinals and Weehawken Warriors

New additions this Spring include the Howell Ducks, Lobster Claws (The LC) and Upscale Clippers.

We are still accepting teams and free agents for the 2026 Spring Legends 35+ & 45+ Divisions. With more than 20 teams already committed, we have divisions already built for 2026 that will be suitable for all skill levels.

We offer 3 competitive divisions of play, a 15 Game regular season with enhanced playoff structure and use some of the best fields in NJ. Entering our 2nd year of Legends (35+) baseball, we kick off initial level builds with 20 teams. Very strong showing for Feb 8th, and expectation is to exceed the 2026 division totals.

Returning this Spring for our 35+ divisions are the NY/NJ Tigers, Maplewood/South Orange Railriders, Bronx Bombers, Staten Island Bombers, Ridgewood Maroons, NJ Titans, Oakland Rangers, NY Mets, Bravos, Red Sox (WNY Rays), NJ Diamondbacks (NJ Mets) and Newark Piratas.

New additions to the level are the Jersey Bombers and Gametime Dodgers.

Returning for our 45+ Division are the Jersey Tomatoes, L&P Bombers, Morris Braves, Middlesex Mets, Shore Dodgers & Bridgewater Giants.

Divisions are still forming and there may be some movement, but the level is starting to come together nicely.

Our 2026 Intermediate Divisions are shaping up nicely, with a good mix of new and returning competition across the North/South divisions.

Returning for 2026 are the Silk City A’s, BTB Rays, Garden State Rangers, Jersey Dawgs, Space City Invaders, Somerset Cardinals, Matawan Huskies, Passaic Rangers, Ocean A’s, Lacey Lightning and Jersey Shore Rage.

Returning teams that are moving up this Spring are the Rahway Indians & NJ High Rollers

New teams to the league in our Intermediate include the Garden State Bandits, Smash Bros and La Familia.

With more teams to be announced shortly (and possible movement), the level hopes to be at 20 teams by Opening Day

With less than 2 months from the start of the 2026 season, we are going to start announcing the current state of all our divisions. These are not final, just a point in time as of today Feb 6th. Some movements and additions are likely to happen throughout the buildout in the coming weeks. If you are looking to jump into a competitive, NJ based league this Spring... look no further than our Premier Division, which currently sits at 13 teams.

Returning from 2025 are Caciques de Venezuela, NJ Orioles (30/30 Cubs), Sewaren Mariners, Howell Indians, NJ Aztecs, Manalapan Ducks & The Jughandles.

Moving up from Intermediate are the NJ Ballers, Marlboro Mets, Bergen County Reds & Southern Swamp Mets (Swamp Donkeys & Freehold Mets merger)

New additions to the level are the Franklin Iron Bells and Kearny Rangers.

The New Jersey Amateur Baseball League will host its annual Winter Manager Meetings on Sunday Feb 1, 2026.

We will host two calls:

10:30am - Amateur, Intermediate, Premier 18+ Levels

12pm - Legends Division (Premier, 35+, 45+)

On behalf of the New Jersey Amateur Baseball League, we’d like to thank you for an incredible 2025 season. This was our 13th season operating, and we delivered more games to more teams/players than ever before. With over 2,500 players competing across the Garden State, there is much to be thankful for.

Thank you to all our returning teams, as you continue to trust us to deliver a top notch experience for your players each season. Some of you have been with us since the beginning and we are extremely appreciative of that. For the new teams who came on board this past year, we thank you for the opportunity to be your baseball home and look forward to watching you compete with us in the future.

As we turn the page to 2026, we step into the new year with a lot of positive momentum to make our 14th season a special one for you. Looking forward to all that is to come on the field this year, and to seeing you all shortly.

Congratulations to Logan Kobis (Sussex Bombers), our 2025 Fall North Amateur AAA Most Valuable Player. In 21 ABs this Fall, Logan had 13 Hits, 10 Runs, 14 RBI, 11 XBH, 8 HR and a .610 Avg

Honorable mention goes to Larry Alanma (Kings County Royals), David Farrell (NJ Horsemen), Shane SPitzer (Budd Lake Lumberjacks) & Cal Chase (Hudson County Blaze)
