Founded in 1961, Middletown Judo Club has spent 65 years teaching more than just Judo. We’ve built confidence, discipline, respect, and lifelong friendships - one class at a time.
To our members past and present: thank you for being the heart of this club! Your dedication and spirit have shaped our history and continue to inspire the next generation.
To our friends and neighbors in the community: we’re proud to be part of Middletown’s story and welcome anyone curious about Judo whether you’re looking for fitness, self-confidence, self-defense, or a traditional martial art for all ages.

It's who takes the lead on the course. Support, correct, lift and maintain the standard. Learn to lead by serving.

Kohai
It's who is starting out or taking the first steps. Observe, listen, practice and grow. Humility today is leadership tomorrow.
In Judo — as in life — each level has a clear role.
When each person assumes their own, the group evolves.
