Good Morning, Good World! 🌎

We all love sports. We love our communities, and we take great pride in the teams our children represent. Our athletes work incredibly hard, and no one understands their time, effort, and sacrifice better than their families.

Because we care so deeply, emotions can run high. We build rivalries with neighboring schools, defend our teams, and create plenty of excitement. Most of the time, we can shake hands after the game, walk away knowing the best team won, and appreciate the competition.

But this weekend is about something much bigger than sports.

A fourth-grade little girl from Franklin is battling cancer, and Franklin High School will be holding a fundraiser to support her and her family. Bishop Fenwick will be playing Franklin this weekend, and although the schools may be rivals on the field, Fenwick has also decided to support the fundraiser.

This is what it’s all about.

This is putting the game aside and understanding what truly matters. When we come together as one village, we can help take care of one another. It doesn’t matter which city we live in or which school colors we wear. The village it takes is God’s village.

DEDICATED MOTIVATED Fitness would like to raise money from our members and community to support this brave little girl. If you feel it in your heart and have the means to give, please consider making a donation. Our goal is to present her family with a check Friday night.

Hello!
Due to the heat advisory, we’re going to postpone Speed & Agility until next week!

The Men’s Group started today, and we just completed our first workout!

The in-person weigh-ins went well, and everyone received their eating guidelines.

I’ll see you Saturday at 8:30 AM if you can make it!

This is going to be a great four weeks of accountability—just a group of men challenging one another to become stronger and better. We’re staying positive, eating clean, and safely pushing our bodies to become the strongest and healthiest versions of ourselves.

Also, a huge shout-out to my Just Fit group that started this morning at 5 AM! Twelve women showed up and put in the work!

Just Fit isn’t only for women. It’s for anyone who simply wants to become more fit. It’s a small-group, low-impact workout with no high-intensity pressure. You work at the level that’s best for you while receiving proper instruction and learning the correct form.

Great work this morning, everyone! Let’s keep building! 💪🏽
