At Dedicated Motivated Fitness, our Speed & Agility Training is designed to develop complete athletes, not just faster runners.

We focus on:

✅ Hand-eye coordination
✅ Footwork and body control
✅ Quick changes of direction
✅ Acceleration and explosiveness
✅ Strength development
✅ Reaction time and athletic awareness
✅ Proper movement mechanics
✅ Quick return and recovery on impact

Athletes will progress through increasingly challenging drills that improve balance, coordination, confidence, and overall athletic performance. As they advance, they’ll be introduced to more demanding exercises including:

🔥 Hill sprints
🔥 Treadmill acceleration work on moving belts
🔥 Explosive power drills
🔥 Advanced agility patterns
🔥 Reaction-based training
🔥 Multi-directional speed development

Our goal is to help athletes become faster, stronger, more coordinated, and more confident in every sport they play. We train athletes to move efficiently, react quickly, and perform under pressure.

Seventeen years ago, this journey began, and I owe it all to God and the incredible people He has blessed me with along the way.

I know some of our workouts can be challenging—especially when you’re returning to fitness after time away. Those hard sessions can be humbling. Just remember, every single one of us has been there. No one is judging you. In fact, we’re inspired by you.
