Another successful WOW training class this morning. If you want guaranteed results, you need to either take this class or train with me 1 on 1. Getting in shape isn't as hard as everyone thinks. You literally just have to master the stability ball. That's it! After that, move onto Olympic weightlifting to accelerate those results and become as fit or fitter than most athletes who compete in traditional sports. Lets not overthink this process. I have people from all walks of life in this class and they all have a path forward. For some the stability ball is enough for them to keep working at while others need to graduate to weightlifting, but we're all one big happy family over here. Lol!
