Building on the excitement of our Intro to Cheer program, REVEL Cheer is expanding to give athletes even more opportunities to learn, grow, perform, and compete. From building confidence and developing cheer fundamentals to learning stunts, tumbling, jumps, dance, and routines, our program is designed to help athletes discover what makes them shine while experiencing the energy and teamwork that make cheerleading so special. REVEL’s Intro to Cheer is the perfect place for athletes ages 5–12 to discover the excitement of cheerleading in a fun, positive, and confidence-building environment! Athletes will learn cheer fundamentals including motions, jumps, stunts, dance, cheer, and tumbling skills, while working together toward an exhibition routine they’ll perform for family and friends at our end-of-year showcase. No competition experience needed—just bring your energy and get ready to REVEL in your moment! Classes begin Wednesday, October 7th from 5:30–7:30 PM, and enrollment is now open with limited spaces available.

Join us Sunday, September 27th for an afternoon dedicated to building skills, confidence, and a love for CHEER! Whether your athlete is brand new to cheer or ready to sharpen their skills, there’s a clinic for them.

3:00–4:00 PM | Level 1 Tumbling
Handstands, cartwheels, roundoffs, back walkovers & front walkovers

4:00–5:00 PM | Stunts
Learn Level 1 stunting skills — no experience necessary!

5:00–6:00 PM | Jumps & Flyer Flex
Flexibility, strength, jump technique, heel stretches, scales & scorpions

6:00–7:00 PM | Level 2 Tumbling
Back handsprings, front handsprings & back tucks
Athletes must have an independent roundoff and back walkover to participate.

REVEL Gymnastics CT is looking for an experienced Cheer Coach to join our growing team as we launch our brand-new REVEL Cheer program this October!

We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and passionate coach who loves working with young athletes and is excited to help us create a positive, confidence-building cheer program from the ground up.

⭐ THE POSITION

Our Cheer Coach will:

✨ Lead and structure our Wednesday Recreational Cheer Program

✨ Teach strong cheer fundamentals including motions, jumps, dance, tumbling, stunting, and performance skills

✨ Create fun, organized, and progression-based practices for recreational athletes

✨ Assist with our Youth & Mini Competitive Cheer Teams

✨ Work alongside our coaching staff to help develop routines, skills, team culture, and athlete confidence

✨ Be a contributing member of REVEL Cheer as the program continues to grow

👑 WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:

• Is 18 years of age or older
• Has prior cheerleading and/or cheer coaching experience
• Is confident teaching and safely progressing cheer skills
• Is dependable, organized, energetic, and professional
• Works well as part of a coaching team
• Creates a positive environment where athletes can learn, grow, and Own Their Sparkle ✨
• Is excited to help shape the future of a brand-new cheer program

Experience with competitive cheer, stunting, tumbling, choreography, or recreational program development is a major plus!
