Good afternoon everyone. We hope you are enjoying the beautiful weather!!!! The unified Basketball team is busy at work, putting together an AMAZING banquet for for all of the incredible student athletes, managers, and coaches. We are continuing to reach out to local businesses to sponsor an athlete to purchase their state championship rings. Each ring will cost about$285. We can supply the schools EIN number for tax purposes as well. if you know anyone, or any business that would help these amazing athletes, please reach out here. I am hopeful that we can get every student athlete sponsored so they can enjoy their much deserved state championship ring! Please also share this page to all of your friends and family. We are trying to spread the word about this incredible unified organization. Thank you!!!

A little more about the 2023 unified Basketball team…… the team is made up of 18 athletes, 4 managers, and 4 coaches. Their record this year was 13-0-1, winning the unified state championship at the Bob Carpenter Center. We are currently in the process of celebrating these incredible athletes with an end of the year banquet. Hello and welcome to the Appoquinimink High School Unified Sports Page. This will be a place where we will be promoting and sharing information about all 3 unified teams from Appo High School (Flag Football, Basketball, and Track). The unified teams are made up of both typical peers as well as students with disabilities. They play together and compete against different schools in Delaware, just as typical sports teams do. Not many people are aware of this incredible program, so we are encouraging you to follow along our journey and share our page.
