Let’s stop teaching kids it’s okay to quit the moment it gets hard.
Trying new things matters.
But finishing what you start matters more.
If they signed up for the season… they finish the season.
If they committed to a team… they show up.
Not because it’s always fun.
But because commitment matters.
They don’t have to be the best.
They don’t even have to do it again next year.
But they do need to finish.
Because one day, life won’t let them just walk away…
And this is where they learn to keep going.
