Getting wet! Some enjoyed cooling off during and after practice last night! Tomorrow's practice will.also be a scorcher! Pre-hydrate, hydrate during practice, and then hydrate more after practice. Consider adding electrolytes to your hydration if your family is comfortable with that! (Yes, there's a spring at Blackhawk!)

First team practice of the season last night! Other than learning/being reminded of the 3 Fundamentals and riding some trails, we were treated to a beautiful sky and the beginnings of a gorgeous sunset! Tomorrow night we meet at Middleton Bike Park (trail conditions and weather permitting, of course) for our second practice. Shout out to all new riders! We are so happy you're on the team.

We were happy to see many new and returning riders and coaches at our pre-season ride last night. We ended with ice cream and other frozen treats! Next event is for new riders only! Thursday, July 2, from 6 pm to 8 pm new riders will meet at the West Chalet at Blackhawk!!!

Pre-season Fun Ride tonight!!!! 6 pm at Quisling Park in Middleton. (Aka Penny Klein Park at 8780 Airport Rd, Middleton.) See you there! Pictures are from our awesome pre-season bike rodeo on Tuesday at Blackhawk. Thank you to the coaches who organized it. It was great to meet new riders and families!

New riders! We cannot wait to meet you! See you on Tuesday, June 23 at 6 pm for our Bike Rodeo at Blackhawk. We'll be on the West Side at the West Chalet. Bring your mountain bike and your questions. There will also be a track stand competition with prizes. Maybe leave the flying bikes at home!
