New year ... new goals! We all want the next year to be the as good or better than the last, right?! My goal is to share movement more with others starting with educating about the benefits of Pilates.
Benefit #1: Improved core strength. The stronger the core, the better the posture, the better one's balance can improve. Better core strength can also help to decrease back pain and help pelvic floor dysfunction.
