The same ring that has hosted New England Championships, Junior Olympic tournaments, International Masters competitions, and club shows belonged to the beginners tonight.

No records. No rankings. No shortcuts.

Just people willing to step outside their comfort zone and test themselves under the lights.

This is where confidence is built.
This is where future champions are born.
This is where the next generation gets its start.

A huge thank you to everyone who showed up, laced up the gloves, and supported one another. The energy in the building was incredible.

If you’re a beginner looking for quality sparring in a safe, controlled environment, we’ll be hosting more nights like this very soon.

The future is coming… and they’re already putting in the work.

Some people are built for technology.

Danny is not some people.

Give him a boxing ring, a business problem, or a 5 AM workday and he’s ready. Give him a printer with a blinking light and suddenly it’s a trigonometry final exam at Harvard University.

What started as a simple “print one piece of paper” turned into a full 12-round heavyweight battle against buttons, error messages, Wi-Fi signals, and pure frustration.

No printers were harmed in the making of this reel…

…but they definitely came close. 😂🥊

A lot of people will clap when you’re winning. Very few will stand beside you while you’re building.

From the first day we met, Nolan Bros and I clicked. There was mutual respect from day one. No agendas. No competition. Just two people who understood the value of loyalty, hard work, and supporting one another.

They recently put on a historic event for the 2nd time! They hosted a show at the legendary Fenway Park! It cannot be touched. So proud of my brother’s.

Matt Nolan was interviewed after. What he said meant a lot to me.

I want to sincerely thank the Nolan Bros and the entire Nolan Bros Boxing Promotions family, not only for their friendship and support over the years, but also for publicly acknowledging the support I’ve given them. That recognition means more than you know.

In a world where some people sit back and criticize, real friends show up, support your vision, and want to see you win.

The haters watch.
The real ones help build.

Thank you for being real ones. Thank you for being brothers. The respect is mutual, and I look forward to many more years of working together and growing the sport we all love.

Everybody talks about the physical.
Not enough people talk about the mental.

The truth is… the mental side of sports can be heavier than any workout, any sparring round, any fight.

Confidence. Doubt. Pressure. Timing. Belief.

That battle happens long before the bell rings.

At Sonny’s, Nick Colarusso has always been one of our staples. The kind of teammate every gym hopes for. Respected by everyone. Loved by everyone. Heart of a lion and always willing to give for the team.

Lately, he’s been in a rut.

And if you’ve ever played a sport, stepped in a ring, or chased something big… you know those moments can feel louder than anything.

But this is where team matters.

This is where family matters.

Nick is gritty. Nick is talented. Nick is all heart.

And we know exactly who he is.

Sometimes the strongest fighters need the people around them to help carry the weight for a minute until they find that spark again.

That’s what we do here.

We pick each other up. We stay in the corner. We believe when it’s hard to believe.

He’ll get out of this rut.

And when he does… everybody’s gonna remember exactly why Nick Colarusso is the heart and soul of Sonny’s Boxing.

Down two rounds… and still refused to let the story end there.⚡

Jr. Olympic Tournament.
Everything on the line.

Lucas Fagundes was down two rounds going into the third. Most people would’ve folded under that pressure. Not Lucas.

He came out for the final round with one mission… get the stoppage.
And that’s exactly what he did. 💥

That’s heart.
That’s grit.
That’s the kind of fighter you can’t teach.

No panic. No excuses. Just belief, pressure, and pure determination when it mattered most.

Moments like this are why we love this sport. One round can change everything.
