Practice Monday-Friday (11:00 am-12:

30 pm) at Middlesex Community Pool, where swimmers learn dazzling routines, stretch, land drill, and bond as a team. Membership to the pool and a $90 fee are required. Dive in, make friends, and shine!

The night before the show means one thing for the Aqualytes... our annual Hot Cocoa Night! ✨

This has become such a special tradition for our team. It gives the girls a chance to relax, laugh, enjoy some sweet treats, and spend time together before all the excitement of show day. The girls had the BEST time and absolutely loved their hot cocoa! ☕️🍫

Our Aqualytes had an amazing time learning Aqua Zumba together. It was the perfect way to have fun, get moving, and spend time together before the big night. A huge thank you to Judith Aldana for such a fun and energetic Aqua Zumba lesson. We had a blast!

WOW! What a weekend! 💜✨

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our bracelet making fundraiser! From creating your own bracelets to ordering custom ones, your support made this weekend such a success. We loved seeing so many familiar faces and spending time with our amazing community.

Now the excitement is really setting in because we’re only 2 DAYS away from our show! 🤩 We’ve been working so hard all season, and we can’t wait to perform for all of you. Grab your chairs, bring your family and friends, and get ready for an unforgettable night!

Skip cooking and join us at Chipotle for dinner while supporting the Middlesex Aqualytes! A portion of qualifying sales will be donated back to our team, so every meal makes a difference.

Our swimmers and coaches will be meeting for a team dinner at 6:00 PM, and we’d love for you to join us! This is a great chance to meet our coaches, cheer on the team, and spend time with other Aqualytes families and supporters.

Week 4 was another huge success! 💜✨

This week, the girls continued putting in the work as we cleaned and practiced our finale. Mini routines were also handed out, and everyone got started learning their choreography. It’s so exciting to watch each routine come together!

We are officially only 2 weeks away from our show, and every practice brings us one step closer. The hard work, dedication, and teamwork these swimmers show every day makes us so proud. We can’t wait to share everything they’ve been working on with you!

We are so excited to finally share what we’ve been working toward all summer! Our swimmers have been putting in so much hard work learning routines, perfecting skills, and getting ready for an unforgettable night. Week 3 was one for the books! 💜✨

This week we worked on balance, eggbeaters, land drills, and so much more as we continue getting ready for our show! We also handed out our finale routine, and the girls got right to work learning it. 🫶

We celebrated lots of birthdays with plenty of cupcakes and made even more memories together. 🧁💜

We can’t wait to see what next week brings. Keep an eye out because our show flyer and THEME REVEAL drop TOMORROW!! 👀🎉
