Had a great week getting to know our middle school players, beginning to teach them our system, and having fun and competing with these guys.

BIG TIME Day!! Our first annual "Bending Barbells at Breakfast" day to finish our zero hour for the school year. Some awesome Squat GAINS! And a beautiful day for pancakes and sausage! Thanks to a few of our team dads that stopped out to work the griddle!

A group of Raiders went out to Grace Lawn Cemetery to place flags on veteran graves in honor of the coming Memorial Day. Thank you to to all those who have served!
