He has made his mark on the industry over the past 30 years with an impressive following of professional athletes, from the US Women's Olympic teams in Soccer and Ice

Hockey to the Boston Bruins, Boston Breakers, New England Revolution, and most recently the 2013 Boston Red Sox World Champions and US Women’s 2014 Olympic Silver metal hockey team. Thrive Sports and Fitness is CT's Most Unique & Comprehensive Fitness Training Program. Sports Performance Training: Our unique training program includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, proper functional strength training and energy system conditioning. Athletes are closely supervised as the coach takes them through an intense workout with attention always being paid to proper technique and safety. The workout consists of functionally sound movement training, strength training and conditioning with a strong focus on basic and proper technique. The workout becomes progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered. Adult Functional Fitness Training: Our program is designed to help you move better, feel better and become healthier. Our adult programs are tailored specifically to the needs of the adult training client. Our coaches can cater to the needs of men and women of all ages and fitness levels. We focus daily on improving soft tissue quality and flexibility, increasing upper and lower body power, building full body strength and enhancing your cardiovascular fitness. During the workout session, the group covers the following: myofascial release (foam roll), active warm up, functional strength training and conditioning.
