Back-to-school season doesn’t just suck for kids😜… it’s when parents struggle most with consistency.

Here are the 3 biggest mistakes I see busy parents make every September:
❌ Skipping meals to “save time”
❌ Too much guess work in your workouts leading to lack of progress
❌ Restarting extreme diets they can’t stick to

The fix?

✅ Simple meals you actually enjoy

🎉 CELEBRATING 2 YEARS WITH CAROL 🎉

When Carol walked into BASH Fitness two years ago, she was 64 and had never lifted a weight in her life.

I asked her,
“Is there any movement you’re not willing to do?”

Her answer?
❌ “Squats — they hurt my knees.”

Totally fair.
But instead of writing them off forever, I asked if she’d be open to letting me assess her form.
She said yes.

✅ This week, she squatted 45 pounds for 8 reps.
✅ Now, Carol can jump, lunge, & deadlift — pain-free.

Carol is proof that age is NOT a barrier.
Injury history is NOT the end of the story.
