Every Wednesday after workouts, we spend a few minutes together over coffee, refreshers, breakfast, and conversation.

No softball talk.

Just slowing down long enough to learn more about each other, share life, encourage one another, and start the day with what matters most.

This morning was our biggest group yet, and we are excited to continue this through the school year! ❤️

Strong teams are built in the weight room and on the field, but great teams are built through relationships.
