The Middleburg Community Swimming Pool is launching something BIG this summer… and we need EVERYONE to help spread the word far and wide.

Introducing our Monday Food Truck Fundraiser!

Starting June 15th, every Monday from 11 AM–2 PM, the pool parking lot transforms into a community lunch hub featuring local food trucks, local businesses, and neighbors supporting neighbors.

YOU DO NOT NEED POOL ADMISSION TO BUY FOOD!
That’s right. Just roll up, grab lunch, support local businesses, and enjoy the good vibes.

WHY THIS MATTERS -
Our area has limited lunch options, and this brings fresh choices right to Middleburg.

The more people who know, the more successful this becomes — for the pool, for the trucks, and for the entire community.

If you’re part of our fundraising team, please bring along any sponsorships you’ve secured, as well as any sponsor information you’ve collected.

Every sponsorship helps strengthen our pool and ensures this community treasure can continue serving local families for years to come. We look forward to seeing everyone there!

IMPORTANT MEMBERSHIP FORM UPDATE

We've recently learned that several membership forms and payments may have been mailed to a PO Box in Penns Creek prior to new forms becoming available. This address had been used in previous seasons, but had been removed from current forms.

If you mailed your form and check and have not yet received your pool passes or noticed that your check has not been processed, there is a possibility that your submission was sent to the old address and may be returned to you by mail.

If this applies to you, we encourage you to:
✅ Monitor your mail for any returned envelopes
✅ Contact your bank to stop payment on the original check if it has not been cashed
✅ Resubmit your membership form and payment using the current address listed on our 2026 membership forms

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we work to ensure everyone is ready for a great summer at the pool! ☀️🏊‍♀️
