Did you know I’ve been the personal trainer for the employees at Vitamix for the past 6 years?! I’ve had the opportunity to meet and build relationships with many people over the years and I feel very grateful that an international company over 100 years old chose MoFit, LLC as their partner in health. Being an entrepreneur can be scary at times, but so rewarding. Excited to share some new things happening with Mofit soon! Here we grow!

Larry is incredible! He weighed in at 247 this week- 120 pounds down from October. He’s heading to Chicago for his nephew’s wedding and stopped in to show off his new outfit and attitude! We are all so very proud of you, Larry! Have a great time with your family with weekend!! 👏🏻❤️💪🏻
