💥We have added flag sparring to the events. Flag sparring is great for first timers wanting to get the feel for comoetition. If it is your first time there are events for you ……We encourage you to register for the upcoming tourni and claim your championship ring.
💥For those seasoned competitors flag sparring is also a great way to get out there and get warmed up , work on speed , adjility, footwork, and moving around the ring. We also encourage you to enter the flag sparring divisions.
