Stay and do the whole class or split it up. Step the first half hour, strength training the last 45 minutes of class. Zumba ~ A 45 minute total workout combining all elements of fitness-cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. Lose inches and calories in a fun class. Step Aerobics ~ A high energy step class, great for all fitness levels. It will increase your endurance and tone your body. The upbeat music will motivate and keep you moving. Hula Hoop ~ including Hula Hooping in your daily routine may help you burn calories, shed fat, tone your muscles for a slim waist and decrease LDL cholesterol. We have fun while working out in a friendly atmosphere! Great music, friendly certified instructors, lots of energy and a fun way to meet people and get a great workout in!
