Middlebourne Wellness Center The CSTC Wellness Center has new state of the art equipment, cork floors, four large flat screen tvs, and a shower. For ages 60 and over, donations are welcome.

The Wellness Center offers a variety of classes, for example: Zumba, Yoga, Walking Classes, and Chair Aerobics. Low monthly memberships for those under the age of 60. Come see us and you first visit is FREE!
