What an awesome time putting a smile on all the kids faces tonight at Tiger Schulmann’s in Middle Village! The kids loved their personalized trading cards and Neil and I were happy to talk with all the parents about how easy it is to set a personalized financial plan for their family!

It’s been amazing to see the extremely positive effects of martial arts on our children since we’ve returned. Not only physically, but MENTALLY. Exercise is essential.

Now, more than ever, the talk about the inclusion of exercise in our everyday lives should be discussed much more than it currently is.
The benefits of training on the heavy bag:

⁃ Improves power on our strikes
⁃ Strengthens our cardiovascular system
