Your trainer, Doris Tegge, is an NASM certified Group Fitness Instructor and ACE certified personal trainer. Her mission is to help the not-so-swift improve their fitness and overall outlook on exercise. She is a lifelong runner and enjoys cycling and hiking. She lives in Middle Village with her husband, John.
