Healthy makes happy! Start off your new year right! Join us at Temple Total Fitness for the adult classes. This is a total body workout burning calories and building muscle. Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5 to 5:30pm.

$5 each class or $25/month

Athletes from New Prairie, Michigan City, and LaPorte High Schools participated in an “All-Sports Combine” style event that assessed these athletes in Foundational Athleticism, Sport Specific Movement, Integrative Movement, Visual Ability, Self-Discipline, Mentality & Communication, and Nutrition.

Just Confirmed, the i360 MAX Athlete Evaluation hosted by NPHS will have a guest speaker, Ryan Isaac, Purdue University Senior - Defensive Tackle. There will be several current and past college athletes assigned to the stations to perform the tasks that will be done by your high school son/daughter!
