Yoga in the Clouds We offer classes for all levels, ranging from Restorative Yoga and Guided Meditation Classes to Energizing Pranayama work and Vinyasa Flows.

We’re excited to offer scheduled workshops and events, such as Hot Yoga classes and Sound Healing Sessions.

5:30pm Hatha Yoga and Relaxing Flow, with guided meditation/breath work. Class will end with a special Sound Healing session including a Tibetan Singing Bowl, Hang Drum, Binaural Beats, and Mantras.

First class is free! $10 walk-in, and Zoom purchase from our website.

It is not only the blossoming that inspires; indeed, true awareness of even just one aspect of the whole experience may enlighten even the distracted self.
