Saturday Morning Tennis: Perfect for the Whole Family!

Looking for a productive, active, and stress-free start to your weekend? We’ve lined up Saturday morning perfectly so everyone can get on the court with zero scheduling chaos.
Join us Saturdays from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM, for our concurrent drop-in classes for both adults and kids!

Adult Drop-In Class: Get a fantastic workout, hitting crisp reps and playing dynamic situational points. Perfect for sharpening your game and burning off that weekday stress.

Junior Drop-In Class (Ages 3–11): A fun, high-energy environment tailored for beginners. We'll build fundamental athletic skills, hand-eye coordination, and a love for the game through engaging tennis games and drills.

The sun is coming out, and the courts are calling! Our Summer 2026 Junior Tennis Programs at South Regency Tennis & Fitness Center start in a WEEK!
Whether your child is picking up a racket for the first time or eyeing a college scholarship, we have a path designed for their success.
This summer, we’re offering three specialized tracks to meet every player where they are:
☀️Future Grand Slammers (Ages 3–11)
Perfect for beginners and developing players! We combine technical fundamentals with high-energy games, prizes, and tennis-themed crafts.
☀️Competitors Program (Jr. High & High School)
Designed for the athlete ready to dominate at the Varsity or Jr. Varsity level. We focus on the drills and strategy needed to build a "complete" competitive player.
☀️Masters Program (Elite Level)
Our most rigorous program at SRT&FC. This is for the serious athlete, that plays in tournaments and wanting to play college tennis, looking to make a massive jump in their ranking and performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity for young players to experience the excitement of team competition at various clubs across the Dayton area.

💥SRT&FC Junior Tournament Results💥

This past Saturday, some of our South Regency Tennis and Fitness Center Middle School Tennis Team players competed in the Wilmington Invitational and finished runner up! Way to go team!

Last weekend, SRT&FC junior Yuzuki O. competed in a level 3 girls 14s Dominant Duo Team event and won! Way to go Yuzuki!

This past week, SRT&FC junior Ashton M. competed in his High School's conference championship and won the 2nd singles flight! Awesome job Ashton!
