Zone 2 Day.
Not every training session is about going all-out.
Today was about building the engine—steady effort, controlled breathing, and accumulating quality work. Zone 2 training improves aerobic capacity, boosts recovery, increases endurance, and creates the foundation that allows you to perform better when it’s time to push the pace.
The athletes who make the biggest gains understand that success isn’t built on max effort every day. It’s built through consistency, patience, and doing the work that others often overlook.
