This mission hits home for me. As a veteran and first responder, I’ve seen firsthand the battles that don’t end when the uniform comes off. Semper K9 provides service dogs to our veterans—giving them independence, stability, and a new fight partner.

Sleep isn’t a luxury in this job—it’s a requirement.

You’re expected to make split-second decisions, react under pressure, and handle chaos… all while running on empty.

That’s a problem.

Sleep deprivation leads to:
• Slower reaction time
• Poor decision making
• Increased risk on every call

You wouldn’t go on shift with broken gear—
so stop showing up with a broken body.

Train hard. Recover harder.
