Transformation Tuesday! I know I’ve gotten away from this for a bit especially those that known me from day 1. But we’re back! And this months PROfomer of the month goes to an athlete by the . Starting back in mid October CJ came to me with a focus of being the most explosive pitcher possible and all around better athlete to crush this year over at . Needless to say that’s what he did within his 3month period at VP. His focus and relentless effort made my job easy in helping him achieve those goals. It was such a pleasure training him from hearing stories and laughs to getting to know him as a great person that cares about the community as much as we do! Best of luck this year bro and go kill it out there!

Client spotlights for Flex Friday!

Wishing .moisess all the best on his senior year. It’s been an absolute pleasure watching you get back to that monstrous level! One more session to go out with bang! Watching him on Saturdays about to be crazy! Remember the name!

S/O as well to the athletes with action figure bodies!

Next spotlight goes to just one week back after surgery and already seeing huge progress in his mobility. That has been the main goal to get him back moving a lot more fluid and efficiently. Tight hamstrings have a direct correlation with back issues and we’re taking it one step at a time. 💪🏽
