As a woman who’s been in the fitness industry for over a decade, I’ve done a lot of challenges and resolutions. Which means, I’ve also watched women year after year set goals, hit setbacks, and then become frustrated when things don’t go perfectly.
That experience has positioned me to coach women through this time of year differently.
You can give yourself grace and still want more for yourself.
You can strive toward goals without beating yourself up.
You don’t have to live in this constant state of “I have to do this or else.”
It doesn’t have to feel that way.
Fitness doesn’t have to feel like punishment.
It can feel freeing.
Meal planning and eating well can actually be enjoyable.
You don’t have to give up all your favorite foods.
You don’t have to walk a certain number of steps just to feel “successful.”
Honestly, that approach usually leads to disappointment, low confidence, and binge cycles at the end. And when you go back to doing exactly what you were doing before, you end up right back where you started.
My goal has always been to teach you how to maintain.
How to make these things part of your lifestyle.
How to let them become part of who you are.
And it doesn’t have to be extreme.
It can be simple.
Really simple.
If any of this resonates with you, and you feel like you’ve been doing the same thing over and over again year after year, I want to invite you to spend 12 weeks with me.
We’ll talk about things most fitness coaches aren’t talking about.
If you’re curious what those things are, shoot me a DM and let’s chat.
