Turns Around the Sun What Lives Within Me
In this 47th turn around the sun, I find myself in a headstand from Ashtanga yoga, arms open wide. In this inversion, everything becomes clearer. Perspective softens. The mind quiets. The body surrenders and truth rises gently to the surface.

In these 47 turns, I have learned to love myself more each day. I love my peace. I love the silence I choose. I love my two children, who I brought into this life with full consciousness, responsibility and devotion.

I love my curiosity, my desire to learn, my natural inclination to teach, my ability to detach, and the way I’ve learned to read life and people more clearly.

I live in constant expansion, questioning everything I once accepted without doubt. Beliefs, the past, inherited structures, everything. I move through life awakening minds, including my own.

I am a healer. I witness how people arrive to me, sometimes transformed, sometimes simply more aware.

I am deeply drawn to philosophy, religion, and what connects all faiths. My devotion is to unity, not separation.

I have learned to detach from patterns I once normalized. I am a rebel of truth. I am not afraid of questioning, discomfort or awakening.

In 2008, God got my attention. And He still has it.
I am reshaping my life through faith, humility, devotion and awareness. Not to speak the word of God, but to live it.

I write this to keep it in my memory, and for my children, for the day they become versions of themselves they don’t yet know. Maybe one day I won’t be here, but something of me will remain in these words.

My empathy is deep, and so is my intuition. I feel what my loved ones feel. Today I celebrate, but I also hold space for those I love who are grieving. Their pain touches me.

That is why I return to faith. God is the only one who does not fail us, the one who sustains us even when we don’t understand.

What a beautiful chapter it is to be 47.
I feel more enriched, strong and determined than ever, and I am going for my dreams again and again.

I am becoming. I am remembering. I am returning.

God continue blessing my life always.

✨💙 Hijo mío, hoy cumples 25 años 🎂🎉💓
Te escribo en nuestro idioma, en el lenguaje de mi corazón, para que hoy y siempre sientas cuánto te ama tu madre.
He pensado mucho en este día… en lo maravilloso que fue traerte al mundo, en cómo de mi vientre nació un hombre fuerte, decidido, maduro y trabajador (a veces tan intenso que tengo que decirte: bájale dos o tres 😌).
Adoro en quién te has convertido. Me llena de orgullo verte crecer, tomar decisiones, evolucionar y vivir con propósito.
Ya son seis años recorriendo tu camino lejos de casa… y confieso que todavía no me acostumbro a no tenerte cerca. Cómo quisiera darte hoy un abrazo que durara 24 horas.
Nuestra relación es un regalo de Dios: llena de respeto, amor y comunicación. Me encanta verte caminar con Él, porque eso te hace más fuerte, más humilde y más verdadero.
Qué orgullo saber que nuestros años juntos fueron la base de quien eres hoy. Y lo que venga, lo enfrentaremos unidos, como siempre.
Antes de ser tu mamá, yo también tenía sueños.
Pero el día que te tuve en mis brazos, entendí que mi mayor propósito eras tú.
Decidí estudiar la universidad más importante de mi vida: la de ser tu madre.
Y jamás me he arrepentido.
Tú has sido mi gran maestro. Mi bendición. Mi orgullo. Mi mayor amor.

You are such a joyful and enthusiastic soul, always bringing light to those around you. At such a young age, you have experienced so much, seen the world, and gained a perspective that many never will. Your adventures have given you wisdom beyond your years, and I know these experiences will continue to shape a remarkable life for you.
